Hidden deep in the bill is an amendment to the Insurrection Act that strips the President of unilateral action and requires the President to seek the approval of Congress to invoke that Act.
That amendment is the Trojan Horse, the entire purpose of the bill, which is to prevent Trump from arrests, military tribunals, and punishing Deep State actors for treason.
That is why the Dems caved within hours...just another lousy few hundred bucks per person for extra pork krackers.
