I am sure even after recent events and the fact they could of walked away from this deal at any time but have decided to proceed says volumes of the faith they have in their future growth. Give the BOD some credit after what they have done over the last 5 years that they have a better handle on the company's outlook than what you think it may have.

Your view is they are going to walk away from existing suppliers and agreements when in fact its looking like they are going to need all the help they can get from their new acquisition/partnership and existing joint ventures to keep up with future growth.
