Well i'm no expert but it still sounds like we will raise the monies, pay of the debt, and drill our holes.
It won't cost me as much and they still think the BHP thing is a goer.
Downside is the SP will get a hit again.
Upside is i average down, they sign the BHP deal, they find gas in Italy, find oil in Argentina, Galoc produces as it should and Turkey comes on line when gas prices climb.
I must admit though i'm being tested here.
