Pitayia, So you claim that in aviation law if I were to complain about the service you could have me arrested. Is that right..me thinks not. If your service was too poor I could likely sue you. If I ask for a glass of water and you bring me a coke and I tell you to get your act together you can have me arrested. Methinks not. All sounds tyrannical and a bit sus to me. Are you sure you are not doing a beat up on the issue given that no-one publicly knows what actually occurred. This is one very popular PM and if this is all he has to contend with heaven help the libs.
