tragic isnt it, how do these guys become directors that is what i would like to know...
rule number 1 is supposed to be that they act foremost in the interests of shareholders.
what more blatent slap in the face can you get than the stunt these guys have pulled?
blind freddy can see what has happened here. it is akin to daylight robbery by our own board. absolutely no way in the world such a large capital raising at such a low sp should be justified, especially given that they have announced significant cost cuttings.
there is almost certainly going to be a big ramp sometime soon imho, i just hope not too many get sucked in.
