Everyone who is eligible for the offer has until the offer end date to get their entitlement. You or any other trying to put the fear into them because they haven't committed yet is wrong and mischievous!
If it's oversubscribed then the shares will be scaled back and not first come first served as you keep wrongly suggesting.
