Thanks Ipod you're a sweetie for being so reassuring.
Getting my NWH divvy the other day (first one ever) has made me kick myself for not keeping more than 100,000 of them. But when I sold, it was because I needed to book excellent profits and thought I'd be able to get back in at same price or less.
Same with SSM .. the profits were small but I had the mentality of needing to claw away at large debt with little wins esp considering my mistrust of the market.
And I guess I was trigger happy on the sell button after initially being unable to bring myself to ever press it.
Result being I've dumped BKN, VMG, ETC, SSM (and the list goes on) at ridiculous prices.
Hmmmm. Now I see there's a big difference between trading and investing.
SSM seems to be a great investment stock and this time round I'm going to set personal targets of long term dividends and further acquisition on market dips when possible.
Again I have to thank you, Roadkill Gourmet and heaps of others for the sharing on various paths through the jungle of the market.
