    I sent an e-mail to management asking them whether they had considered legal action to enforce Quasar to provide the necessary information.

    The response was along the lines of 'like any reputable company, AGS is investigating all its options as it continues to work to maximise the value of the company for its shareholders.'.

    IMHO legal action definitely is a potential option.
