I posted on this thread yesterday...about leaving the bear cave,going to the bull ring.... you need to be actively out there with your eyes and ears to the ground...see what is actually happening...in order to know whats going on... I am looking for a prop in Toorak and I cannot see anything suitable in my price range....the same thing in the other suburbs I follow... it has nothing to do with the G20, but everything about the low interest rates.....and its not QLD or WA wonder how Townsville is with the Storm fiasco...
