Just say it as it is.
CVI won't be suspended, because even though they've 'lent' money to Fortitude, they still have money they can call on to fund them.
I suspect that they will only EVER carry a small amount of cash on the books for operating, so that if they ever DO go under, the cash that's been lent out will miraculously be unrecoverable, so shareholders get nothing.
However, if things come to a head over this Annual Report and Smyths running of hte company, perhaps they will strive to ship him out and make a good company without him. Depends how many 'people in power' see the light.
