as QSR proceed with going into production they will make contribution calls. if AGS cant make those contributions for watever reason, then IMO they would be deemed to forfeit their position and QSR would walk away with the entire project for without spending a cent.
whilst i agree that a legal challenge would "achieve nothing but heartache and alot of financial pain for AGS" it may end up being our only viable alternative.
hoping it doesnt come to that, but i would not be at all suprised if it happens.
