Amazed
The deals can only eventuate if ESI's forthcoming SPP is a success. The SPP will only be a success if ESI can secure the Coldry IP. ESI will only secure the Coldry IP if the $1m underwriting funds that were pledged are banked.
On the balance of probability, it looks like a done deal imo.
I think we are there.
I believe 9c will be a given once the deals are done.
