I am pretty sure there are a couple of plans that they will have to consider.
Plan A - Original plan, fund Authier build a plant
Plan B - Participate in NAL and use their plant, no funding for the plant but what about NAL costs to participate and to restart
Plan C - Add Tansim into the mix - not sure this is even possible at this point.
