My guess is that they may pull out the day before the EGM just like N.S. I like BB suggestions that the current 4 may be held personally responsible for the costs of the EGM. BB is a lawyer, so he must have some basis for that statement.
think I read in a previous post that NS was at the meeting. Is this correct or did I misread? If so, he must have a front larger than Myer.
It is perfectly clear that the majority of shareholders want the band of 4 off the board. They should honour their statement and resign.
