you havn't really understood what I've written, which is based on the virus's behaviour. This is why advocates of the vaccine in the workplace are misguided.
Taking the vaccine will NOT stop you spreading the virus at work, but you write,

and, The employer no doubt wants to protect themselves and their families and so it makes sense to ensure that all workers do not bring infection into the workplace.
These points of yours are at odds with the behaviour of the virus, which must be considered first in dealing with it.
These quotes of your are at odds with the second point I made, that is, vaccinations DO NOT prevent contagion.
