No offence, NL, but no management or board is beyond repproach.... and certainly not for the reason you infer!

There may be an element of emotional masochism at play here. My theory, though, is that there is an allure to being proven right... either right for having originally believed and invested in a company OR right for one's concerns that the company failed in it's duty to perform.

Its the same for me with another graphite company. I want it to deliver that which I know it can and should but it just continues to fail in terms of timelines. Why is it that some startup companies can go from discovering a resource to being a developer in less time than it takes others to design a flowchart and sign a MOU document?

Well, maybe I've just answered my own question. It can't be that the graphite sector attracts lifestyle companies! Perhaps it's the difficulty of this particular commodity that has been underestimated by ASX cowboys. Graphite is the common denominator! The improving EV market, forecast for higher prices and the shift in ESG will help those that have stayed the course but I think those companies have to push harder and perform better to make their chosen projects become a reality, NL.

Its no good management and boards sitting back in their comfy office chairs waiting for an improved global EV environment to make the game changer for them and their SH. That's what I see happening throughout the graphite sector and it's bloody frustrating. Perhaps it's frustrating for company heads but they're not powerless to make a difference... we, as SH are, though. However, we're not powerless to put pressure on BoD to make market sentiment resonate with those who should be representing us, NL.

I don't see the issue with SH expressing their angst. It would be a very artificial and disingenuous world if the owners of a public company didn't voice their concerns. And, I doubt that EGR would have shifted focus towards their downstream technologies pathway without pressure from its SH.

So, whilst you may consider 564's posts as a form of attack on the company, your reply is equally a form of attack. Sure, he has the option of investing elsewhere but wouldn't it be better for everyone here if this management team were to just achieve what they say they will (and in a timely fashion). Everyone would be happy then... including 564!
