If our Government is really serious about Covid quarantine, then any quarantine breaker should be jailed with no option of fines.
Jail time of a month in prison (not hotel) will certainly be a deterrent whereas a fine means nothing as most will refuse to pay and also continue to spew their asinine logic and conspiracy theories on social media as to why they should not be in quarantine.
There will always be a one in a thousand where there may be valid reason to not be in normal quarantine, but this reasoning cannot be used to have no quarantine or quarantine as a choice.
