fair to say if he is tipping it of course he has skin in the game
highly unlikely he doesn’t also quite simply hold directly
obviously believes in the theme and the location
if someone is going to tip, like to see they are doing it with conviction. These guys do research for a living so the fact he holds Neighbours is in no way a deterrent for me
