When the consolidation occurs, the number of shares will decrease and the price will increase. For example:
John Smith holds 12000 shares at 1.1 cents pre consolidation. Post consolidation John Smith will hold 600 shares at 22 cents. Bearing in mind the consolidation is 20 to 1.
