Have a look at this sobering report posted on another stock. admittably it appears to be US based but none the less if you accept its predicions you woudnt be buying any REIT share!! In fact you would be jumping off the nearest high rise!!
I would be interested in any comments on the hotel predictions as this is one of the main reasons i like this stock!!
