You've misinterpreted my reply.
He's a director of the company next door. More than a simple shareholder. For this matter, he doesn't do research for a living, he collects a stipend from MRD.
Great that he loves the area, and would likely want the best for FEX.
Just making clear that he has a breadth of interest beyond FEX. No trying to deter, or even entice. No ramp, merely the flat pavement of information.
