I doubt the market has priced in the latest positive news from the 2021 Omnibus bill recently signed by President Trump. Alabama Sen. Richard Shelby, Chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee, is successful in adding into the bill:
One additional Expeditionary Fast Transport (EPF) ship with increased medical capabilities, as well as $50 million to explore autonomous proficiencies for existing EPF ships. The EPF will be built by the Mobile shipbuilding team at a budget of USD260M.
