You can check on my recent postings elsewhere. I am the last one to defend director's "gifts". Yet, In Chris' case I gotta say, his base salary is a pittance both in absolute terms for what he does, and esp. in relative terms. So he is all in, fully committed, taking a massive risk (IMO) as, if this thing doesn't work out, he will not walk away with massive SH funds lining his pocket.
IMO, he is fully deserving of this remuneration package (no relations or financial interest to him). I have met the man in the flesh. I believe he is fair dinkum, and he has been a large part of why I invested more in Nova than what, based on guidelines, I should. As long as he is all in, and puts his money where his mouth and hands and feet are, I am in!
