I have never known convertible note holders to be long term holders.

l have nothing to base Lind on, other than 40 years plus of doing this.

l hope l am right because if l am not, the stock overhang will discourage institutions who usually favour clean entry on a register.

This stock will not rise in price, while an overhang of over 25m shares exists. Today is a clear example. There are 12m shares on offer between 4.9 and 5.1 which will kill todays announcement for all shareholders.

These matters are short term only, so we should not be discouraged. Once genuine institutional buying starts, the is a very significant amount of upside.
