The price targets should be revised upwards.
The recent contract announcements haven't been included I would expect. They are a bonus.
The dividend was a maiden interim ( .25c) and they also paid 1c in september, so the returns are higher than the analysts would have considered as well. They also paid a divie in 07. They have a relatively low payout ratio which cashes them up even more. I think they have about $44m in the bank as well. Potential for increased dividends, special dividends and further increase in yield even with the share price going to the analysts targets of 22c to 35c. I think that these targets will be revised upwards.
