    The way I see it now if a major, read Baxter's or Medtronic, is truly interested they should just put forward a takeover offer.

    Even at say $15, so 4x the current market cap it'd be a pretty cheap deal for a major and they can then develop/market using all their resources. Wr are talking a billion dollar opportunity so taking an $80mil punt ($60mil USD) wouldn't be a bad option IMHO. (They'd probably even get a $10/share deal through!!)

    I doubt many, any?, shareholders would reject a $15/share buyout today, hell I'd welcome it with open arms and I'd still end up having lost money on AHZ/AVR.
