Mr Jovan Hutton Pulitzer, is incorrect. He does not understand how the Poll Pad system works.
There is a detailed procedure manual for the Poll Pad units and how they are to be connected via a wireless router.
A Poll Pad is not a voting machine.
Poll Pads are an electronic form of compiling and updating voter information. If a voters information is updated at one polling station, it updates across all polling stations using the Poll Pad.
