re: Ann: MWE TO DELIST - REMOVAL FROM OFFICIA... KML did something similar (claimed auditors had been late fileing their annual report) and went into admin about 3 months later.
Now KML coming out of admin after heavily diluting the shares through selling shares at deep discount to new directors.
Both KML and MWE seem to have no interest in existing shareholders, I suspect their is foul play here.
