so you hope you are wrong for holders, but what is going to impact the holders long term if the worst is realised in court? Forrest gets a 6mil fine (likely not the company) and he is removed from the board.
You say he has a questionable past, so if he was removed, that would be a great thing for the company and stock holders no? The company is not one man, it's a whole stack of trains, lines, miners, loaders, trucks and millions of tonnes of rust in the ground.
Forrest will get what he deserves eventually, whether good or bad. Maybe if bad, he gets to lose control of a successful company?
