After years of muddled policy here we go again. A complete SNAFU. The massive investment Telstra already has in core infrastructure overlooked. Telstra T1,2 & 3 holders standby for more pain. Who on earth will be willing to buy out the Bureaucrats Cable Company when they have finally done with rubbing Telstra's nose in it.
