The NTM shareholders' scheme meeting is on 18 February so it will be as good as from then, and then off for the court hearing on 22 February. So in about 7 weeks it should be done and dusted.

Dacian will have released its quarterly by the end of January and hopefully it will give the NTM shareholders a warm fuzzy feeling about trading in their NTM shares for DCN shares. The other thing that might dissuade any potential rivals is that Dacian appears to be paying top dollar for NTM resource ounces.
