I posted this on another thread recently. Was wondering if China is having trouble paying it's bills?

"The theory that all this trade stuff and attack on Australia is to cover CCP's inability to pay it's bills is an interesting one.

I don't know how true it is that any advice given by anyone, even party members, to the CCP hierarchy is seen as criticism and therefore severely dealt with but if expert advice in any area is never taken or followed it can't be good when managing the economy of a country let alone one as big as China.

Seems like Xi has benefited from the previous leaders opening up of the economy to the free world. Now he seems keen on going back to the sort of dogma that sent China backwards during the 60's and 70's.
