I doubt there will be any issue as the 1st 'unofficial' human trial via an Australian doctor self administering did not cause any issues BUT REC have to go through the trial process to get lots of dose & administrative mode action, to remove all doubt.
I will just have to wait, watch, buy the dips & add as results come in.
