The next move is critical. The change of company secretary is already a good sign. Lind know full well that Reeve needs to go given all that went on last year. The market's perception of Reeve is completely shot now regardless of where you stood 12 months ago. Reeve has shown that he will do what he can in his self interest so while he is at the company there will always be a risk that company goes under and Lind gets the assets but directors would be in breach of their fiduciary duty I'd say. Still, the upside is tantalising. We need a new board with appropriate credentials. Fingers crossed for the AGM.
