Well if you said that in a mature, respectful post to start with it would make for a much more productive conversation straight up.

I think the question of whether David is the right person as CEO moving into the construction phase of the business is an important question for the board to consider in the following months.

I think the interim CEO role means they aren’t rushing to a decision...The interim CEO role will hopefully include the test of mobilisation & the bulk earthworks contract...David probably has those challenges as a good opportunity to put himself forward as the permanent CEO.

I think it's import to understand Triton is still a minor speculative company...It doesn't have the budget of a Rio Tinto...It's important to get the best person we can afford with the right credentials to take the company forward.

From speaking with David & reading his credentials he certainly sounds like a pretty good option...David's experience at Clough & Fortescue encompassed more around project development post financing...So construction & importantly post removal of the product from the ground...David is extremely experienced with large offtake deals...Much larger than Triton would be negotiating.

This development stage was Peters strong suite and David can't speak highly enough for his time under Peter...With a particular emphasis on Peters ability to work in China that is some of the best David has seen in his mining career including major ASX listed companies.

I think David is certainly the right guy as interim...Upon receiving financing the board can then probably take that next phase of due diligence with our major shareholders in considering who is best placed to lead us into through the construction phase...Remember it's 2 vs 2 on the board so the balance is evenly placed & Peter will still have a big say with Patrick Burke on who is best for Triton next.

    Cheers.
