I thought there was a chance that the case would be thrown out or something might have been worked out between the two parties before a judge got involved.

I think talking to guys like Norm about his companies potential is like asking a used car salesman how the 82 Holden in the yard handles.

If the case is so cut and dry why hasn't a judge just thrown it out?

With so little time left before the options expire why hasn't the company offered this guy a slice of the pie so they can get on with things?

Why has the company sat on their hands (for a year!)waiting for the renewal instead of drilling for the goods?

I'm going to day trade the hell out of this and maybe recoup some of the money I'm going to lose on the options.
