I think you are way off the mark to assume there is even room for doubt about whether LNG from csg will work.
Of course it will. To ask the question is like asking whether a refrigerator will cool beer if you've only seen it cool milk.
The questions in my mind are:
1) Can LNGI build a sufficiently reliable LNG plant on their cut price budget.
2) How good is the medium term LNG market for getting all these LNG projects underway quickly
3) Whose projects will go first, since there will be constraints on construction resources preventing all building simultaeously in Gladstone.
I am thinking now the PES and TW issues are closed that it wouldn't take much more sp slippage to tempt me to a 10% or so top up.
I expect AOE will offload 12% of TW to Shell at some stage, perhaps after 30 June? which would about TW and PES transactions cancel each other cash wise.
