In the eyes of a holder they are giving their vote away and then they are getting to walk away without any worry. That IMO is a great Trade.

Hence they get paid peace of mind. In most circumstances this is as good as it gets and is probably more than most of them deserve. It was greed that created this mess BOTH from Holders of Stock to MQG And DB, i doubt that many people would walk away without smelly fingers.
