I get pissed off constantly about how management work in all sorts of companies. And FBR was one of them so I sold out about two years ago (after I realised they were going to bend and twist the performance share grab) and have never looked back.

None of you have holdings big enough to affect how the company is run and never will, the self awarding of shares over time by management have fixed that. Instos will be courted if and when funds are required and they will be given a good deal at your expense. That's the reality. That's what you need to deal with. Management of FBR are greedy and incompetent. It will be a dead set miracle if the company ever makes a profit, the invention is good but bad managers can mess that up.

Don't be surprised if this goes belly up or taken over for a song and management somehow get absorbed and nicely placed in a new private equity set up.

So I don’t care about the product? Lol!! I invested in FBR to get rich and not to become friends with them on Facebook. People by shares at other people decisions to sell. Some legend like me probably picked up your shares after your dummy spit.Just because your pissed off with FBR , don’t think I’m going to follow you.

PS. And don’t be surprised if this is a big time success either.
