The problem with this deal is KAU doesn't have enough of a market cap or cash to take on this non performing gold mine and plant (which are separated by about 350km's by road) on.............................................KAU is sort of "risking" the whole company on this transaction..........V brave move.......................hopefully history doesn't repeat!?!
