    G'day, not sure without being privy to the file but given the nature of the orders previously made and the timing, at a rough guess I'd say there's a dispute over discovery documents. It may be that ASX have produced and are claiming privilege, affidavits have been sworn in support by those acting for ASX or a proper officer, and the parties have put on written submissions as to why or why not privilege should or shouldn't attach to the documents. Alternatively, it may be a dispute over categories or why documents can't/won't be produced. Best guess only.
