If/when he bought on the market and/ or when he pay himself a reasonable salary (not a million dollar!!) that is consistent with the company MC/revenues etc than I would believe that he has best interest for the SH/ company. But I don’t think that’s the case- I believe most of the cap raise will go to pay his salary/ bonus and he won’t put any of his money to buy the company shares .. so I am sorry but I don’t believe this CEO is acting in the the best interest of the company /SH..
