re: Ann: BPT: Beach sells its 40% stake in Ti... I first read that Matthews was a seller almost 2 months ago. I am not sure of the exact disclosure requirements but I am pretty sure if he had started selling back then a notice of a change in holding would have been required by now.
Maybe he's only shoppng the stake around to a potential bidder for AOE rather than selling on market. Who knows
