Raffensperger and his family continue to live under physical threat from radical Trumpists. Prior to the call, Raffensperger was globally known to be under pressure from Trump to shift the election result. Raffensperger correctly anticipated Trump's criminal behaviour on the call, thus the lawfulness of the recording IMHO.)
