06.08.18 there was a spike in the price and volume of 29million after the confirmation of the 99.6% purity of lithium carbonate production - great news!!
......then followed a continuation of the fall in the share price
Think things are looking really positive again now, and I'm not suggesting it will continue to fall in price but don't think your stats are quite right.
