This wasn't kicked off by an announcement, but with the Li market rising across the board since November. It seems a much safer assumption that things will be better in 12 months than it has for the last 2 years, with little downside left, so I'm seeing a long, steady rise with the usual runs and dumps.
No more spodumene oversupply, no political antagonism towards renewables and a global economy that has likely passed rock bottom. Announcements from producers should make sparks like they used to
