In the recent BPH capital raise, it was mentioned that the purpose of the funds was to invest in Advent. If BPH invested the full amount ($2M), it would have taken them to 36% (assuming no other Advent shares were issued at that time). Given MMR has no funds, it is highly probable that BPH will be the principal contributor to this issue. We will need to wait until the end of Feb to find out exactly how each entity is impacted.
