Hi all,
I have a slight suspicion that the paramount importance of the composition and type of rock that has been intersected in the pending diamond hole at Tick Hill has been overlooked. The DD hole that was drilled was targeting a possible repetition/extension to the original Tick Hill orebody, the last RC hole on the previous drilling campaign ended BOH in 'Lodestone" (with no significant mineralisation) analogous to that which housed the original TH deposit. The current DD hole intersected both hangingwall and footwall quartzites with lodestone sandwiched in between with the exact same properties and characteristics of the original TH deposit. This is majorly significant and suggests that we may have in fact located the elusive repetition/extension! (pending assays)
