You really are struggling to sow doubt. Your efforts verge on deliberate attempts to post falsehood. There should be a reporting classification for this sort of thing but even if there were I'd leave your post as permanent evidence of your malevolent intent. That's where the flags should be raised.

You know perfectly well that the 2015 results you quote were of a phase 2 trial.

YES. Guess what? (as if you didn't know). They did a completely separate phase 3 trial on over 500 subjects and learnt something new. That's what it was for. To extend knowledge of how the material works.

To quote J M Keynes: “When the facts change, I change my mind. What do you do, sir?”

So, no need to take us back to 2015. Move up to 2020 results of an entirely different trial which, unsurprisingly, gave a different result.
