Intel make chips.
Edgify has been given access to code for Intel chips so they could develop products using those chips.(thousands of other developers have this same access)
Intel need to sell chips to make money.
To sell chips Intel need developers to use their chips
Using these chips requires developers to have code access.

.....see where I'm going with this?

Intel will happily provide access to code data for their chips if they see a commercial avenue for it. If they didn't they would have already gone broke. It makes no sense for them to withhold Intel code access
